It was the late 1980s, when two families of Piedmontese entrepreneurs (Zanon di Valgiurata and Palazzi Trivelli) decided to join forces to make a dream real, giving birth to their company: to create a financial group with the aim of generating value, increasing assets, expanding the network of business relationships, and facing together the challenges of the markets.
